Refund Policy

At Dhya Innovations Private Limited ("Dhya", "we", "our"), we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. Due to the specialized nature of our services, including AI models, IoT solutions, software development, and consulting, our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity for all engagements.

1. General Policy

Once a service, software development, consulting assignment, or IoT solution deployment has been initiated, refunds are generally not provided. This is due to the significant allocation of resources, expertise, and time for each customized project.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • A full refund may be considered if a project has not commenced and no resource allocation has been made, within 7 calendar days of payment.
  • Refunds are not applicable for completed milestones, delivered modules, SaaS subscriptions, license fees, or consulting hours already utilized.
  • No refunds will be provided for "change of mind" or discontinuation of a project by the client.

3. Exceptions to the Policy

Partial or full refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Dhya Innovations’ inability to deliver the core agreed deliverables as defined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
  • Major non-compliance to specifications without a mutually accepted alternative plan.

All such exceptions will undergo an internal review and refund decisions will be at the sole discretion of Dhya Innovations Management.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email your request to [email protected] within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Include your project details, payment reference number, and reasons for requesting a refund.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days after evaluation and confirmation.

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit card) used for the transaction. Transaction fees (if any) may be deducted from the final refund amount.
